1. License Grant

Upon purchase, Hvítrafnur AB grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and view the course content "AI Course for Leaders and Decision Makers" for your own educational purposes. This license is for a single individual and may not be shared with, transferred to, or used by any other person.

2. Single-User Restriction

Your course access is strictly for personal use by the individual whose email address was used at the time of purchase. You may access the course from up to three (3) personal devices, but only one device may stream content at any given time. Sharing your access link, credentials, or course materials with others is prohibited.

3. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Share your access link with any other person
• Record, download, copy, or redistribute any course video content
• Use screen capture or recording tools to duplicate course content
• Attempt to circumvent any access controls or security measures
• Use the course content for commercial purposes, including resale or public presentation
• Use automated tools to access or scrape course content

4. Access and Monitoring

To protect the integrity of the course, we monitor access patterns including device usage and connection information. Unusual activity indicating unauthorized sharing may result in suspension or revocation of access without refund. Access is limited to one concurrent stream and a maximum of three registered devices per license.

5. Intellectual Property

All course content, including but not limited to videos, text, graphics, and supplementary materials, is the intellectual property of Hvítrafnur AB and is protected by copyright law. Your purchase grants a viewing license only — no ownership of the content is transferred.

6. Payment and Refunds

The course is sold as a one-time payment of 5 000 SEK (inclusive of VAT) granting lifetime access. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Refund requests may be considered within 14 days of purchase if less than 25% of the course content has been accessed, in accordance with Swedish consumer protection law. 7. Privacy

We collect your email address for course access delivery and payment information processed by Stripe. Course progress is stored locally in your browser. We use Brevo for email delivery. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting info@courses.hvitravnur.com. For full details, refer to the privacy notice on the course page.

8. Limitation of Liability

The course is provided "as is" for educational purposes. Hvítrafnur AB makes no guarantees regarding specific outcomes from using the course material. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the course.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Sweden. Any disputes shall be resolved in Swedish courts.
